- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 Tbsp crunchy peanut butter (a little extra if you like peanut butter)
- 3/4 tsp freshly chopped ginger
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- Crushed red pepper, to taste
In a saucepan combine all the ingredients. Stir until heated and smooth. Peanut butter should be melted and blended. Great dipping sauce for fresh spring rolls.
