Hi, I’m Nathaly (pronounced “Natalie”). The military transferred my father to Joint Base Lewis McChord, formerly Fort Lewis when I was 8 years old. I have lived and worked in and around the Pierce County area for the last 30 years. I attended school in the Clover park School District. Starting 3rd grade at Carter Lake Elementary, then Woodbrook Junior High, I finally graduated from Clover Park High School. I received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Puget Sound (UPS – not to be confused with the United Parcel Service).
I began my career as an Accountant after graduating college, until I realized that I didn’t want my children raised by daycare. Because of my love of architecture, I fell into a real estate career. Being a realtor has given me the flexibility to create my own schedule and my passion to help home buyers and home sellers through the emotional ups and downs has kept me in the business since 1998.
I have a strong work ethic and believe learning is a lifelong pursuit. Enrolling in real estate continuing education courses on a regular basis to ensure I am knowledgeable about current trends and legal issues in the real estate market, has resulted in my obtainment of the following Real Estate certifications:
• CRS – Certified Residential Specialist
• ABR – Accredited Buyers Representative
• CSSN – Certified Short Sale Negotiator
• e-Pro – Electronic Professional
