Sandwich Bread

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Warm Water

1/4 Cup Milk

¼ Cup Melted Butter

1-3/4 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 egg

1/4 Cup Melted Butter

3 Cups All Purpose Flour

1 Packet Yeast

 

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in bread machine, in the order listed above. Run bread machine on dough cycle. Once done (my machine takes 1.5 hours), place dough on floured surface and form into a log shape (just long enough for the bread pan). Melt 1/4 cup butter and brush over the top of the dough.  Brush remaining butter over the dough while it’s baking if you want a browner colored top. Bake 375 F for 30 minutes.
